    I called this morning because I couldn’t get into my account to find out the balance, and the supervisior changed my password so I could get a balance. I just tried to get into my account and can’t because now they are saying my ID is invalid, which it isn’t. Please help me get into my account so I can change my password to my permanent card?
    and I can deposit money on the card tomorrow.
